Globalization is not a single issue, but describes the factors that change an economy like Australias into an economy identified with increased mobility of capital, investments, labor and trade. During the last 50 years, Australia has embraced this phenomenon, and therefore received benefits in the financial and trade sectors of the economy. These benefits led to related disadvantages and costs, especially to the organizations that cannot catch up with the increasing globalization process (Hopkins, 2004).
