A great manager is successful and cap sufficient to avoid wasting resources. The lift out managers result maintain a clear focus on both effectiveness and efficiency, specially with the way landscape of charge has changed in todays business. The quartet key elements that take aim this landscape different is globalization, proficient change, the importance of knowledge and ideas and quislingism across boundaries (Bateman & angstrom; Snell, 2009, p. 4). With these changes, the 4 fundamentals of management argon more important than ever. This newsprint will define those four fundamentals and how these fundamentals gain to my organization. Four Functions of Management mean Planning is the specific goals to be achieved, delive ring value, and deciding the actions ask to achieve those goals. A good manager must be able to analyze current situations, anticipate the future, determine objectives, and at the comparable time decide the types of activates the company will do (Bateman & Snell, 2009).
